Debbie filled out our delivery form on Saturday night, requesting delivery the following day. We would have been happy to make that work if needed, but it turned out that delivery first thing on Monday morning was just as good for them. So by 8:30a this morning they had the storage they needed. ✔️

They’ll be using our 8×16 Stor’d box to declutter their house for the listing photos (although I can tell you after having received a brief property tour that their house doesn’t need much decluttering at all!). 🎁

When it comes time to pack up she’ll be ordering a few more boxes. And when they’re ready to move we’ll move our Stor’d boxes to their new home across town, where they can take their time unpacking, and we’ll pick them up whenever they’re empty. 🚛

It’s fun to meet so many great people around Nashville. The tourists know us for Broadway, but the locals know the best part of Nashville is the people who live here. 🥂

This has included doing a delivery early on a Sunday morning, renting a truck because ours was in the shop, and heading out on a delivery two hours after getting a call. 💨

So much of what we do depends on good drivers, good equipment, and good logistics. It’s a game in that way, and it’s a game we like to play. When you play the game right, it’s actually pretty fun for everyone. 👍

Anyway, Scott requested his delivery date to be in two days and we made it happen for him. ✔️

We don’t always know what people are using our Stor’d boxes for, and as long as they’re not being damaged, it’s really none of our business. 🎁

Since Scott planned to be at work when we dropped off his box he texted us a photo of where he wanted it placed. Two days later it was placed it right there. ✅

We placed it just off the driveway in a turn-around area so his driveway stays clear but is still easily accessible from his sidewalk to the front door.

When he’s done with this job he’ll text us again, and we’ll make it disappear.
